I have owned 6 BlackBerrys before and they have all dropped exactly how the Dtek 60 did and none of them cracked wtf! And why am I not able to buy insurance from BlackBerry for the Dtek60? This is bs, my screen glass protector and Hardcase are arriving tomorrow I just never thought this phone was so fragile. I wished I had waited for my case and screen protector before starting use

That's harsh fella. No chance of contacting BB and making a claim for a repair as a loyal customer or such?



I know it wont help but for me its always been new phone, case and screen protector together on the​ same order.

You cannot get the insurance because it's not manufactured by BlackBerry. It's the same reason you can't get an advanced replacement from them. The days of BlackBerry phones are over, and unfortunately, we need to deal with low end TCL and Alcatel Customer Service.

I feel the frustration. My DTEK60 fell in water the other day. Not a good feeling...
