    It seems I have several apps that repeat the update process after a week or so. As far as I can tell the app does not actually have a new update / change but the update process occurs again. Is this possible? Google app just updated I'm pretty sure for the 3rd time.

    Yep i can confirm that any of my Google apps ask for updates at least once a week. Same as the wifes moto.
