    Do yourself and your battery a huge favor and don't use the fast charger that came with your DTEK60. It will fry your battery. Buy a nice cheap OEM BlackBerry 10 charger rated at 850mA. Your phone and battery will love you for it.

    Proable true for most any new device... I suspect slow charging would be better all around.

    For sure. I agree. But the fast charger that came in the box with DTEK60's often got the phone phone very warm. With this being a common issue for these devices, it becomes more crucial then with other devices.

    my phone would nearly catch fire with the fast charger or when it was heavly loaded down. but still last the whole day.
