My predictive keyboard isn't what it used to be all of a sudden.
I now have to type certain words nexttooneanother and then go back and insert spaces.
I also don't have sensible words showing up on the spacebar.
Anyone else? Any ideas how to reset the BB keyboard in my settings?

The Android version of the BlackBerry keyboard is no where near as wonderful as the OS10 or OS7 BlackBerry keyboard, particularly when switching languages within a single text, message, or email.
The Android version requires a lot more "tweaking" on a regular basis. Try playing with the settings, adjusting the English language version (UK, US, Canada), including settings for "Language and Input." Check language, spell checker, and personal dictionary settings. Check Current keyword as as well as BlackBerry Keyboard settings.
Also, if you clear the cache, or update the keyboard or OS, you may lose certain phrases memorized by the keyboard.
A few people have raised this issue after the last update, so it's not just you. Although, for the vast majority, it's business as usual.
I don't think you can avoid clearing both the app cache and the data. Then reboot the phone by holding down the power button until it begins the restart process.
What would the ideal settings be for it?
I use BB keyboard on my note 8, until last update I had predictions working on each field (text, brower, email addresses...) then prediction stopped working on some fields. I uninstalled BB keyboard, installed previous version 3.0.0.12459 and everytihing is back in order. Hope this help.
I'm noticing that my vkb is doing a lot of wonky stuff as well since the last update. still using a priv on Verizon
