    Hello,

    Earlier today my phone's screen went black. I restarted the phone, and it is stuck in the splash screen after I enter the pin to unencrypt.

    So the animated triangle circle square loop endlessly, for over 30 minutes now. I have restarted the phone several times but the same outcome.

    THere is nothing else I can do except, restart the device (pressing the power button), then I view the BlackBerry Powered by Android screen, then I see the Androind Robot image, then I am prompted to enter my PIN. After I enter my PIN, I get the never ending loop of the animated triangle circle and square.

    I am unable to request support b/c I cannot retrieve the IMEI number.

    Can somebody help me reset the phone? Or guide me on what to given what I described above?

    I am no expert but may be a hard reset would do the trick. Power off the phone and then press the start button for 32 sec.

    If the 32 second reboot doesn't work, load the AAQ934 autoloader.

    Well... And keep in mind that if you had a security update of a larger version than AAQ934, you might get a "full brick"(except the fastboot menu), which will last until you send the device for repairs to TCL , or until a new autoloader appears...
