Is it possible to open, for example, a Whatsapp message, only in the hub? It always opens in the Whatsapp app. Same for text messages, etc.

There is no default app option in settings? I know that most most apps can be set default to open a particular app.

No becuase hub is just another notification app. Not like on BB10.

How about the Hub that can be purchased for Android devices? Or is that the same is what is on the Dtek60 ?

I think if you purchase or have BB android, there is a way to stop dual notifications.

It's not about dual notificatikns for me. I've taken care of that. I just want all my messages to open in the Hub and not in their respective apps.

It won't. The Android version only opens into individual apps, unlike BB10, which has the ability to open in the HUB.

The Android hub has actually improves substantially since the early Priv days. I think it's a big plus that when you open a message via the hub and it opens the respective app, once you hit back a couple of times, it takes you back to where you were in the hub. In early days, it would take you back to your homepage.

The Android version of the hub may not be perfect, but it's getting better with each update!

The hub or hub+ is just a glance look on your notifications. The BB10 style just works with BBM(not always) and EMail(like outlook which is for free...lol hehe). Other than that- it opens the app like the notofication bar. So BB do your homework!!!!!!!!!
