You can't, at least for now. You'd have to contact BlackBerry support.

So by the End of October no update again... I bet that this month will be another one without the security update. (very sad face ) We though most likely will get the update with fix for KRACK.

Amazing that my Dtek50 already got Oct and my Dtek60 didn't. The 60 is always at least a month behind the 50 :-(

Nov 4th and last security update was labeled September 5th. I am guessing Conite got an update for his Dtek so he will report that the update was timely and carriers and government regulatory requirements is the reason all of us direct buyers haven't gotten ours yet. BlackBerry is only a software company now and still cannot get monthly updates on time.

Conite will tell you that his KEYᵒⁿᵉ, and Priv have the Oct update, and have already been patched for Krack - before Google and Apple; and that his DTEK50 got the Oct patch on the 17th.

His DTEK60, sadly remains on the Sep patch.

Correction BlackBerry is not a software company it does not even provide software services

I was thinking of putting my SIM card in my Dtek50 and using it instead of the Dtek60, but the 60 is a better phone, even not updated. Sigh.
