I've got a Carphonewarehouse unlocked purchase keyone on October Update. I wonder what is it down to as to when the updates are pushed. Is it down to simply BlackBerry, or my SIM provider (Three UK)

The update checks fine but can't download. Reverting back to an older Play Services allows the update to download and install, after which one can update back to the beta.
