Well, tbh. I've stopped worrying about monthly updates from the day they announced us lab rats. It was clear that Dtek series is done. Its just amazing that updates pop in once in two months.

My 50 has been getting updates no problem. It's my 60 that seems to have all the update problems. I'm located in Florida running both on my AT&T family account. Everything identical except phone model...... No idea why........

Still have September and I tried calling the number from my prior dealing and the automated answering system won't accept my selection of options 1,2,and 3. Says timed out. Looks like USA customer service is unreliable as Canada service

I'm exactly the same as you!! In FL, AT&T family plan, 50 and 60 both unlocked. 50 got November weeks ago. 60 still on Sept!!!
Let's see who gets it first. It's almost December!!!

The 14th was the general release date. As I have a factory-unlocked device from ShopBlackBerry NA, I get my update on the first day - as did all the folks at the start of this thread.

Your replacement device may have a mismatched PRD for the area you are in, and you get the update last during the "clean-up" stage. I don't know.

But I appreciate the passive aggressive shout-out. Cheers.

I am in the United States and the replacement came from Texas also in the United States. You always seem to imply that you get it on release date and if all of us don't get it the same day then it is either our fault or some government agency . I am just saying that as others have posted since release date that BlackBerry or some offspring of BlackBerry is not releasing to everyone on release date. So when you answer that it was released Nov.14th that isn't true for all of us. I have no idea why I have not gotten it. They have not replied to my email and I can't get thru the phone number I dealt with when they replaced the phone.

What is the PRD code for your device?

You can check the box or by running "adb shell getprop" from your computer over USB.

Mine is PRD-63036-001.
