I am on the Dutch T-mobile network. No update yet.

KPN via my employer. Can anyone tell if that makes a difference? My phone was unlocked, and therefore in my opinion the IMEI is leading... But is that assumption correct?

Revert to an older Google Play Services (Settings > Apps > Google Play Services > Uninstall updates in the top right menu), download the update, then update back once installed (you'll get a bunch of notifications telling you to update).

Got mine yesterday... BlackBerry skipped October's patch.. seems they even when you buy your phone from shopblackberry that won't get you the patch earlier ...still BlackBerry is quite about new OS for DTEK phones

Just got an LG V30 on T-Mobile USA. Oct 1 security patch level. Battery lasts from 7am until midnight with about 25% left. Unlocked DTEK60 dies after about 2 hours and security patch Sept 5. Wow. Big difference.
