Who at BlackBerry thinks it's helpful to deny access to contacts or calendar when there is a hub update?

Currently in Mexico and not allowing roaming. Was away from WiFi and wanted to look up a phone number in my contacts only to be denied access with a demand to update BlackBerry Hub.

How is this helpful if access to iNet is temporarily unavailable? Is there a workaround to gain access to MY contacts?

ps back on WiFi so have updated now, but still....

Are you signed up for the app suite betas? If so, make sure you select ALL of the apps - especially HUB+ Services.
