Got the May 5, 2018 update to my DTEK 60 and it installed just fine. However now links in emails from Flickr in the hub are not clickable. Even worse the back button doesn't work from the opened email.

You can try removing and readding the email account and see if that corrects it. Shouldn't have to do that but eh, stuff happens. Kinda why I hate OTA updates.

Tried that Bla1ze and also tried uninstalling the Flickr app and reinstalling. Neither worked. As mentioned I also am having problems clicking the back button and it seems other icon with the phone freezing between taps. How can I revert to the previous system patch level which worked well?

You can't -- they set the anti-rollback flag in the CPU that prohibits loading a previous version. If you force-load it you'll brick the phone.
