    I don't know for sure, but that assumes BlackBerry will keep pushing updates.

    Do we have reason to assume they will not push updates? I assumed they would continue these as part of a responsible customer service since it has been just over a year.... My difficulty with moving onto a new platform is derived from this very uncertainty: I purchase a DTEK 60 last Oct both because I believe it is a reasonable follow on to my Z30, and as a means of supporting BlackBerry, and because I support the company at large. Little do I know that the phone is merely a testbed run for BlackBerry Mobile feasibility. From this place, it is hard to look with trust to a future with a newer platform like the KeyOne. If the BlackBerry Mobile cannot be counted on to continue support for its testbed, how can it be counted on for continued support for any platform? At this point phones were purchased with a good faith assumption. If they default on this continued security update support for the DTEKS, they undercut more than they save. They bring all their reliability into question.

    Purchased SIM free Dec 2016. Still on AAO562, Sept 17. Go on BlackBerry tell me how that happened. Will I ever see another update.

    well I finally got the update on my dtek60 I had tried everything under the sun to get it to work . but the only thing was a factory reset. that allowed me to update. I'm on the dec 1st update.

    Mike is stuck at Nov update, too. I don't think it's related to that issue because there is simply no update showing up.
