they keep forgetting DTEK60 .. there was no April updates only May and now this. no Android 7 plans ... it's disappointing to keep supporting BlackBerry and not getting supported back.. same thing with phone getting non responsive when RAM reaches 2.8

I am not ready to throw in the towel yet... the update is later than previous ones, but there is time left in the month... We have been told the updates are rolling out. What I would like to know however, is why do some of the BlackBerry devices updated sooner than others - presumably it is the same software... maybe since the DTEK60 was sold in the smallest numbers.. we get it last??

BlackBerry is not good at delivering quality software on time. Not much of a "Software Company"...at this point in time.

Not sure, but didn't the 60 sell more units then the 50 since their launch? I believe the 50 has the June update right?

True, I'm in the US and only the Priv was sold for just a short time, with it sitting hidden in a far off corner of the att stores lol. Be interested to know that data on the 50 to 60 sales to date.

I might owe BlackBerry an apology, tweeted them and they asked me to complete the usual, restarting phone, taking sim out etc... they have come back to me and said they have double checked my serial and it is set to get the update, probably within the next 48 hours... I would guess that really means everyone will get the update within the next 48 hours... so that's good news

No, they have 6 hours or so... think they may have just said anything to stop me from asking, there is no way we are getting June now, they will just merge June and July and make sure the DTEKs are at the front of the queue this time.
