got mine and it downloaded but when I press reboot and install it starts the countdown but doesn't reboot any idea on how to make it install the update or re-download the update.

Different models, variants, and regions get updates at various intervals all the time. Hardly front page news.

I wasn't trying to be a turd about it. I just remember Crackberry would always have an article when updates were available. And seeing how the DTEK update, or lack of, has had so much customer attention, it feels weird that they haven't written anything about it once it finally has shown up.

I would think that a delayed update being sent out would be more news worthy?

People are waiting for various bug fixes for the KEYᵒⁿᵉ - not just for security patches.
