I forget my pin number of my Blackberry Dtek60 and I need to reset my phone I don't care if I lose my local date but I need to reset please , I try power + volume up but I can not . please help

Type in your password wrong 10 times and it should wipe - unless you turned off that feature.

yes I think this feature is off , because I tried now 23 times !

I always screenshot my Pin or any pass code and store it in Google Photos that way I can log in from any device, but I don't ever forget anything lol. I hope you can figure it out bud.

Power off the device.

Press power button and volume down button at the same time. You will get a menu. Choose factory reset.

I did , There is no factory reset option , There are

1- Barcode
2- Continue the bootup
3- Reboot into fastboot
4- Turn off the device

On this screen you can run an autoloader.
