I have issues with my DTEK60 BBA100-2. I droped it on the floor and now half of the screen is greyish with multicolored dots and i can see the apps behind. What should i do?

You may want to back up your phone first.

I may also suggest to restart your phone, install the BlackBerry Virtual Assistant and then test your display. But it sounds like you may need to send back your device for warranty repair.
