I'm assuming you mean the Icon Size?
If so, this is controlled by the BlackBerry Launcher Settings.
Hold down an empty space on your main screen.
Choose settings on the far right bottom row
Tap Icon Layout
Icon Size can be controlled by the bar sliding it left or right.

Try this if it might help:
Options --> Apps --> BlackBerry Launcher --> Storage -->
Clear Cache
Clear Data
Reboot

If not, then try:
Options --> Apps --> BlackBerry Launcher
Hit the three dots in the upper right hand corner
tap Uninstall updates
