Follow the instructions here - Unable to install System Update on BlackBerry powered by Android Smartphone
I had the same problem. Blackberry Mobile is gradually realizing there are several problems with the DTEK60.
There are solutions on the BBMo web site.
For your problem, you will have to 1) delete Play Services updates, 2) download and install the monthly patch, and 3) then download and install the Play Services updates again.

The update still doesn't show up when I press check for updates. I've repeated the steps multiple times already.
Its only for people who have update popped but cannot install.
On Feb 4 2018 I was notified via Bell in Canada [sounds as if notified belatedly according to other postings here] and the update wouldn't proceed but the instructions were provided on the update screen on my DTek50, a website on the Blackberry website was given for the instructions. I copied the address on my computer and went there on my computer... indeed, the instructions were provided step-by-step and worked. Thank you Blackberry. Well, all these cell phone makers seem to make mistakes, it's not just Blackberry.
Yes, you have to be notified that there is a system update ready to install... and in this case you have to uninstall the previous updates to Google Play Services before you can proceed to update the Android system. Follow the instructions given by Blackberry as the Blackberry website provided above lays out for you when you go there.
