I had to do a hard reset on my Dtek60 after it had a major crash. All my pictures from the last year are on it. My Mac says its not readable and my rebooted Dtek60 tries to reformat it! Any ideas how to get my pictures back?
    Thanks, Rick

Try Pandora file recovery. It's free. I use it.

If it was set as internal/adopted storage it's unrecoverable; the encryption key was destroyed when the phone was hard-reset.

Google photos has one great feature for me and that’s backing up my photos every time I connect to wifi . I never have to worry about losing all my pictures . Was your photos app set to backup your photos?
