Is there a way to tell what account the Dtek 60 has set up for the factory reset protection? i want to do an OS reload but im not sure if it is set to my google account as i bought this phone used

If you were able to set up the phone then it's set to your account. Unless for some odd reason you bought a used phone, never wiped it and continued to use whatever accounts were already on it. If you're that worried about it, just disable it. If you can't disable it, well then you know it's not assigned to your account.
