    I was able to buy it from Staples in the small window that it was up. It won't be delivered until the device is released.

    The launch delay is frustrating but as a software company now they shouldn't make a big deal of a new phone produced with someone else as it would send the wrong messages to the markets. They have just extricated themselves from phone production so this is probably the right business strategy.
