DTEK60 to replace motherboard???
Hi guys, need some advice from the forums.
My DTEK60 reacted unusual for about half a year where battery drain and heated when I am on youtube or long web browsing. Battery drain from 100% to 70% overnite idling. From 70% to 55% upon mail reading for less than 30 minutes. 55% to 20% with some in and out of emails till noon. This is the daily routine battery draining. Screen on time never exceed 45 minutes. And for GPS usage (eg. waze) it drain from 100% to 45% for 45 minutes drive.
Upon these above, I sent my dtek to the service centre in my country (Malaysia) - Brightstar Service. The took a day to diagnose and told me that is motherboard fault instead not the battery. Will this be the truth or possible? any idea guys? the cost quoted is 10x higher than the battery cost. Wow....
Thanks ahead for the advices.
