    It's not on the BlackBerry Mobile website either.

    There used to be pages there for the DTEKs, although they should now use the same tool as the KEYone does to reload the OS, I believe.

    thanks thurask, I have contacted @blackberryhelp and waiting a response. I'll update as I get more info.

    Update: @blackberryhelp sent the link to the same site with no dtek support files. Just the Priv

    Have sent my DTEK60 back to BlackBerry since the battery drains to 0% within two hours, and / or it shuts down when battery hits 15%, and / or it shuts down in the night cancelling alarms. Doing factory reset doesn't help. Battery saver doesn't help either. Waiting for phone to come back from BlackBerry Repair Centre.
