Anyone have a source for parts? In particular the clear plastic rear panel. About 2 hours of ownership, wife drops phone from about 12" height, within confines of vehicle...rear panel shattered!

Wow. Sorry to hear. I guess it is quite fragile. I have some minor scratches on mine just from putting it in and out of my pocket and the holster, so I'm not shocked that it shattered from a relatively short fall.
Find a source for the parts yet? I haven't had time to look but Fonejoy in the UK has had some obscure parts I've needed for Nokia devices in the past.
You can order LCD+touch+bezel assembly and Motherboard for BlackBerry DTEK60 https://inforesheniya.ru/aksessuary-.../#Zapchasty_11. Price is not cheap though.
Its tinted glass btw
Not being an owner of Dtek60, that's seems to me poor quality parts being used on these phones , I have dropped my Z10 on many occasions still looks like new 3 years old this February.

Lol. Scratches from taking in and out of a holster?
And did people really expect this phone to have the same materials used in ones that are $1000?
Use your head people.
TCL phones are cheap for a reason, and it's not so they can take a loss.
Sorry to hear that, have had my dtek 60 since day 1 and have dropped it more than I'd like. Still like new. Best of luck finding the parts you need
It's glass, don't know why we are going back to it. Remember the iPhone 4/4s? The new Samsungs are also known for cracked backs. Stupid design imo. I loved the look and material of the note7 or all metal designs are always nice, personal favorite is still the carbon fiber weave look.
