It depends on what you're looking for. Google pixel would be U.S. variant for all carriers just like google phones in the past. Both will be equipped with snapdragon 820 but google pixel will probably have faster android updates. If you're a guy who upgrade often, google pixel may have better resale value. Spec are probably almost identical but DTEK60 offers DTEK security and blackberry Suite package.

I heard pixel will come with snapdragon 821.
The thing is that I was almost sold out on the next flagship from blackberry. Until they gave the hub (for a small price) to everybody with an android. So now Idk what they have to offer appart from security of course. But security isn't as important for me, I don't see anyone wanting the information that I keep in my device. And it's not like it's easy to hack a Google phone.

If in the States and you are a Verizon customer then you will have no choice.
But value for money I think DTEK60 has the advantage.
Saying that, if DTEK60 does not come out I will be getting a Pixel XL.
It will always be BlackBerry or Google for me because of security updates and stock Android especially now that BlackBerry suite is offered to all Androids.
Better security on DTEK60 but faster OS upgrade on Pixel.
* Do not like the no SD card slot on Pixel. That is a big red flag.

Just a head up there is an error is the screen spec for the dtek. It is qhd but it is AMOLED not LCD.

Pixel xl is 8.6 mm thick. That's near passport thick. Sorry would rather the thin Dtek60. It's a big difference. Iphone is 7.1 mm and dtek is 7mm.
Also pixel has no SD card support so I am not big on that.

It's the LeEco pro 3 I want to see reviews on. I will always lean toward BlackBerry but would like to see the unbiased reviews of all the phones.

The pixel XL has the newest processor, much bigger battery and will have nougat from the start while its probably months away for BB yet. You will have to pay more for it but I think it will be worth it as long as its not terribly expensive.

Now that BlackBerry is a software thing
Maybe they should work towards getting their software out with Google as well like the monthly security updates
That would be pretty cool and doable I think

Don't they have the same processor? DTEK does not have corning gorilla glass. Interesting. If other androids are an option, I would go with the newer Note 7.

Changed my mind even considering Pixel.
No SD card no Pixel as long as BlackBerry is still putting devices out with similar specs.
They really want you to use Google Cloud or pay more for more memory.

Here is a good comparison of the two different glasses for smartphones. Read the conclusion. Screen protectors waste of money and I have always thought that. It seems Dragontail is on par or better than Gorilla Glass according to this comparison.
