Well how hard is this to judge - are there not any other dtek60 on here who can confirm if the phone is in fact curved? Loll why all the speculation and guess work.

Clearly on his picture the front isn't laying flat on the table.

The LG G4 was curved in this manner - so it could be the same thing.

However, in his case the curves do appear isolated to exactly where the con key and power buttons are...

My DTEK60 lays flat face down. No wobbles whatsoever.

To try and close the loop on this ...

Our phone has a slight bend at least around the convenience key. I found on a separate device, placing it face down on the table it could not see a gap as I could on my defective returned phone. But if you applies pressure the phone actually would move slightly in the center. But my pics show way more bend than that.

Actually words are way better in this case as it's tough to capture this in an image. But here's what I have ...

The white space above the gold bar should be consistent from the angle that I took the pics. You can see it varies by the two mentioned buttons.
This looks like DTEK50 and not the 60.

Mine bent so I'm sure it's possible that yours did, too. I gently bent it back again but not completely so I'm returning it for a replacement. In fairness, one shouldn't sit on it the way I did and I'll be careful in the future not to subject it to unreasonable forces.
