I have seen the DTEK60 BBA100-2 listed for sale in a couple of different places brand new, unopened and unlocked for a great price and was considering buying a new toy... Anyone know if there are any problems with this unlocked version and AT&T in the USofA? I never thought I'd ever switch to an android BB but it's a super good price and I almost can't pass it up!!

All DTEK60 devices are factory-unlocked.

The -2 is the Global version (not N. America). Check the frequencies :

North America and Latin America:

LTE 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 12, 17, 20, 29


Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific:

LTE 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 19, 20, 28A, 38, 40, 41

AT&T LTE bands:
2, 4, 5, 12, 14, 17, 29, 30, 66 (main bands are 12 and 17)

Thanks i think! I didn't realize purchasing a phone was that complicated. I usually just purchase a phone that says it will work on at&t and that's it.
