The 60 was dropped and it seems impact was on lower right corner. There is a slight crack in the glass but glass still feels smooth and you can't feel the crack. Right now the device will not turn on, at best a red light flashes, it vibrates and a quick flash of some little box at the top but that's all that happens.

I followed the directions at How To Hard Reset BlackBerry DTEK 50 / DTEK 60 - Hard Master Reset which states "Press and hold at the same time:**Volume Up*+*Home button*+*Power button, until you see BlackBerry*logo" I'm a little confused as to what the "Home button" is but can't seem to get any different results than stated above.

This is my wife's phone (I have a passport) right now things are looking pretty grim, any ideas what is going on or if there is a fix? We are Canadians working in SEA so sending it in for repair might not be an option until Christmas or possibly later.
