Does anyone else experience the disappearing productivity tab. I like this feature as a short cut to calendar, tasks etc but when I need it, sometimes it's just gone. It comes back by turning screen off and on again, but it's not handy..

Productivity tab works as a screen overlay. It might be that you have another app that has a screen overlay (for instance, FB Messenger "heads" are overlays, screen dimming apps etc.) that interferes with Productivity tab.

Happens here once in a while on my priv. Gotta go to settings and turn off and on

Had this happen a few times on my priv as well. Ended up just disabling it cause I never used it

Mine is always there. Pretty handy. Kinda , a little, sorta like peeking at the hub on bb10

@Quizm I own a DTEK 60 and a DTEK 50 as well, the tab on the 60 goes on and off and on the 50 its like a permanent fixture. I really like DTEK60. Even I use the tab a lot, since the tab is acting paranoid, I am working with blackberry technical support on a solution. I am this close to getting a replacement device. Since I feel I am not the only one having this issue, I feel it ain't worth it just to get a replacement device just coz of this as the issue is a software one. I feel there will be fix soon.

I think this is common, especially if you use apps that require overlay access.

Every app's overlay access can be disabled in Settings. It might help if that's the problem here.
