    My phone is stolen and it was . DTEK 60 which I had very very important and insensitive data in it, is there a way I could just detect the phone location with IMEI or something else?

    https://myaccount.google.com/find-your-phone I assume you activated it on your phone previous or it was by default. If so login and there's your phone unless whomever has the phone turned off all network connections or you're in China.
