    I am attempting to set up my DTEK 60 using the BlackBerry Content Transfer App.

    Twice it has said I do not have enough space on my Google Drive account. When I look it says I have only used 136 MB of 100 GB.

    Why is this not working?

    Sorry I have a Z30 and I know it does not have a 100 GB of on board storage!

    It took around three attempts and around an hour to actually get the content transfer to complete on my Z-30 it kind of runs in the background once it gets going.

    Thanks. A the moment I am transferring one item at a time as doing it all at once, or even multiple items kept failing.

    i would ditch the content transfer. I am sure you can transfer everything much quicker thru other means.

    Contacts in the cloud
    SMS transfer via some other app
    emails is automatic anyway for the most part unless you have some odd archaic POP3 email
    the SD card card but transferred too

    what am i missing?

    Don't forget to backup your passwords to an SD card and transfer them over by importing and exporting

    Local calendar, if any, should be attached to an email account.

    I have one POP email which I added. Downloaded enough emails with rest on my computer.

    My Outlook.com email, calendar etc. Synced.

    Now it is still stuck on processing contacts...but all of them are in my contacts on my new phone. Should I hit cancel?

    I would leave it go, you should soon get a content transfer complete message. That's how it worked for me. Then the option to delete the data off the cloud. Once I noticed everything was on the device I deleted.

    Thanks....still processing...almost 3 hours. I will give it overnight if it takes that long but hopefully it does not.
