    Now ihave some os issues like network problems.how can i solve this? Reset my phone so many times there is no change.

    What OS do you have?

    Sorry but there aren't Autoloader for the newer DTEK60 OS.... so really no manual way to reinstall. Surgar and the KEYone upgrade tool won't work...
