The Z10/Z30s are running BB10, which includes the BB10 lockscreen. The DTEK runs Android, which provides the Android lockscreen. They aren't interchangeable, and I'm not even sure if Android lockscreens can be modified by 3rd Party apps - I believe they are limited to the features created by the OEM, with some lockscreens having a few limited user-changeable options.
