Just got my DTEK60 and love it! Moving from a OnePlus 3 which is a great device as well.

I'm having with my Bluetooth headset, it has horrible reception and my customers say my voice goes goes in and out. I am using the same headset (LG HBS810) I used with my OnePlus which was perfect. Is anyone else having Bluetooth issues and / or a solution to correct this?

Other than this the phone is great but I really need to fix this I'm on the phone hours per day.

If I'm on wifi and a Bluetooth headset people say I sound like a robot. As soon as I turn off wifi they say it goes away and sounds normal

Mine also restarts Bluetooth randomly all the time

It shouldn't be like that. I used to have wi fi on all the time while using BT and never got a complaint about how I sounded. Mine did cut in and out tho occasionally.

It sounds like you have a lemon. If you can still return the device, do it. Trust me when I say you don't want to deal with BlackBerry Support. Avoid them like the plague.

I am also having Bluetooth issues withdrawal it cutting in and out all the time. Will try turning the wifi off test. I will also test repairing the device.
