There is no ABI133 autoloader yet, so if you've installed AAW609 or older and the device is bricked then you would need to send it in to support, if possible.

Maybe you know the link official for download autoloader rom Dtek 60 ? I find on official web site blackberry but the link result with autoloader for Priv. I think they have solution in that case. Thanks for reply.

There used to be official autoloader download links, but since TCL is really bad at user support, there isn't anymore, and any autoloaders saved from that site are so old that they'd brick phones just as much as AAW609.

I'm really sad, when hearing that. All android phone can be install with factory rom without brick. So blackberry very hard with, and now they don't upload the lastest autoloader rom with lastest update. Like a trap for all user don't know that their phone can be brick when try to refresh phone with autoloader file build older version. LOL

We don't have working Sugar logins anymore, unfortunately.

Dead phone. No service, no support, and nobody care what about that thing. But i'm really hate the update software, lag phone, refresh with older autoloader and brick it. Snap 820 + 4Gb Ram like rubbish because of downgrading os. =))))))))))))))))))))))))))

There are 2 file system. 1 file system and 1 file system.img, dell or move file system to another location (it system file AAL158), and rename system.img to system, reload it. Good luck bro
