    Help me, please

Let's try the simple first. What was installed just before this happened? Find that and delete.

I've been installing nothing before this happened. Apps on screenshoots are system and I can't delete it.
Maybe I clicked on ads/virus banner.

If you've already successfully run an autoloader, there would be no virus left - although I doubt there was one in the first place. Are you sure it worked?

Yes, I've succesfully run an autoloader, after I installed system update. Why I think that I have a virus.
Before factory reset, I couldn't open top swipe menu with settings, I hadn't access to Users menu in Settings and sensor buttons Home and recently Apps didn't work.

Maybe it isn't a virus, but something changed OS...

But if the autoloader installed correctly, your OS would be pristine.

As soon as you installed an older OS, is there an update available?

I agree with you. I installed OS two times and all times is correctly. I downloaded autoloader from blackberry.com
Yes, when I installed an older OS, I checked for a new update and I installed it. Now I have AAM326.

And what's even stranger is that the antivirus does not find anything.

I had that happen to my Priv, I ended up reformatting it and it went away.

Not strange at all. An autoloader wipes everything.

    Now try a factory reset.

In short, I installed an older OS, updated and did factory reset, but it didn't work. I have Device hardware, OS and OS integrity problems and many suspicious apps on system.

Disable DTEK app, and then install it again.

    After that, send for repair.

Maybe we'll check whether I installed the system correctly?

    4. Reload the OS on the BlackBerry smartphone powered by Android. To complete the reinstall, please see the following;
    Windows
Open and extract the downloaded autoloader file (including all files and folders)

    Execute the flashall.bat
Follow on screen instructions as prompted.

    Let's consider step 3 and 4.

Can anybody take screeshoots or write out a list of installed system apps? Will be good if it be a new device.
