Hi,
I've had my Dtek60 for 2 years now.
I'm very happy with it.
A few weeks ago, the battery started to drain really quickly and I am not able to go through a day without charging it (when I could go through 2 days before.
I was wondering how I could troubleshoot if the issue was related to software ( I haven't had any new software in ages, so could be an update), hardware (phone fell a few times in the past few months and I saw misplaced antenna could affect phone battery Drain) or just battery replacement.

Using GSAM, the biggest culprit on battery drains are :
Screen (even though I don't use it much and I have a flip case that should technically maintain the screen off while not using)
Phone radio
Google service

Any day I could have one that either of these 3 as the biggest battery drainer. I don't get consistency on who is the most responsible.

send in for repair. had same issue after a year. sent to BlackBerry and they replaced battery for CAD$57 (including shipping both ways). very happy with battery life now, like new.
