I need to re-flash the firmware but autoloader not detecting the device. I have the right firmware and have Windows 10 which detects the phone when plugged in so the drivers are installed. I have fastboot drivers installed. Can anyone help please.

I'd suggest you get the BlackBerry Android USB drivers.... just to make sure.

    Try different USB Cables.

Phone is in the fastboot mode?

It was the proper BB drivers that did it. Many thanks.
