    I have trouble incoming and outgoing calls while on roaming Within India with Jio 4g India on DTEK60 while Internet connection was working perfectly. I tried contacting network but they said it's something to do with BlackBerry phones settings. Anyone knows any solution or similar problems?

    have you confirmed that the DETEK60 you have matches up with the bands that JIO uses?

    I have tried that settings but it didn't work. My dtek50 used to work with Jio. How to check bands of dtek60 with jio?
