    After a factory reset of my DTEK50, no data has been restored from the google drive backup, namely such data as tasks or contacts.
    Any ideas on what might have gone wrong?

    Was there any data to restore? Google only makes backups on wifi whenever the heck it wants to. Have you restored data before?

    Yes, there were on in Google Drive, in a backup made right before I did the factory reset.
    Yes, I have but not on an Android phone.
