Are you on some kind of beta release schedule? Because even Google doesn't release security updates for its phones (Nexus and Pixel) until the 5th. I had been getting them between the 5th and the 7th of the month fairly consistently on my Nexus.

Nope, not on Beta here, got the Feb 5 update on Feb 2 on both of my Priv's. My Nexus 6p and Pixel are still on Jan 5 security patch and they both say my system is up to date.

As you can tell by reading this thread, the situation has improved for many people in the last month. I'm now down from five to two weeks after the official release.

My DTEK50 got the Jan 2017 update last week and my PRIV got the Feb 2017 update this morning.

Not sure why my PRIV got the Feb update so soon. I am not part of the Beta program and that phone was purchased via the Carrier where my DTEK50 was purchased from Staples.

It's a good thing that PRIV got the February update. Maybe this is a sign that BlackBerry is becoming quick at releasing updates, which is what we all need.

Normal schedule. This is the second time this has happened on the Priv.

Just got the February 5th update AAJ221 (70MB) on my DTEK50 earlier this morning after doing a manual check. Not too bad, just 9 days off. I purchased my DTEK50 (unlocked US warranty) from Amazon.com in early December and currently use it in Grenada on LIME (Cable & Wireless) prepaid. I didn't receive the December 5th update until early January. However, I got the January 5th a few days later.
