    Just wanted to ask that I've been noticing in my dtek50 since yesterday that this Random black screen, doesn't fill the entire screen, comes and goes in a matter of seconds.

    Hardly stays on screen for more than 2 seconds and vanishes. Any ideas on what this might be?

    Sounds like an ad. Installed any cleaning scan software recently?

    Nope. I didn't install any cleaning app. The phone is almost stock except for 8-10 apps from the store.

    What I have noticed recently is that it happens mostly in side chrome.

    A similar black screen flicker happened even now just as I'm typing this message, kinda like a nano second flash of the screen.

    None of this causes any issues with the usage of the phone, just wondering what this could be. Am I hacked 🤔

    Do a 32 second reset holding down Power button during at least 32 seconds. Good luck

    Oh. Does this 32 second reset cause a system wide memory wipe? Like I lose my settings and files, apps etc?

    No impact whatsoever on settings, files...it simulates a battery pull. Sometimes Android OS needs this.
