I see this device around 9k to 14k INR. Anything more than that, I see this device as a waste of money.

I think in india the price of it will be 25/30K at its launch, right now the price is 299$ reorder and once the device is available the original price is 400CAD approx which is above 20K so including the custom charges and all the device will be above 25/30 Indian rupees at launch.

It will be utter stupidity from BlackBerry if they dont launch it in PRC.
Also if it goes beyond 15K it will not be worth spending money to buy just a Typical Android Phone. Moto G4+ will be the actual competition and its priced in India at 14990/- INR.

The price should be 15-18 k max. If it is more, then there is no chance for BlackBerry to come back. If they put 25 k and then after 2 months they decrease then no value at all.

Well I wont be, frankly if BlackBerry doesn't gets it right in 2016-17, then I don't see the future in hardware for BlackBerry.
Also I think @JohnChen is making #BlackBerry the antivirus for Android. I see a future where it will also be in iOS just doing the same thing what an antivirus does for a Windows OS. I hope I'm wrong but that's what I think @JohnChen is leading BlackBerry into.

I hope the device supports the China Mobile 4G bands. Many of the previous devices didn't making them unusable. A huge waste of an opportunity.

Priv had an price tag of 58 k!! Which was a Big flop!!
DTEK50 will be around 25-30k which will be a big disaster in India. I hope they launch DTEK50 for around 14999.
