You'll have to export from the BlackBerry version then import into android version. I used my SD card to do this (I'm using an HTC 10).

Yes there is! But before you leave BB10 go into settings and export o to you SD card. If you don't have that then export into a CSV file and email it to yourself.
When you set up new DTEK50 open up BlackBerry Password app which is preloaded and import wherever you saved it.

    Going from PRIV > DTEK50 > Argon?

Your Google Play Store account will keep apps on record just like BlackBerry World does but you still have to install them again for every new device.
You can not transfer BB10/BB7 apps to any Android phone including DTEK50.
Read all about it here on how to transfer to PRIV/ DTEK50 from any manufacturer device.

Best part of it is that Password Keeper is integrated into the BlackBerry keyboard on the DTEK 50/Priv. Websites with password fields can be filled by the integrated app.

It will show if you move it out of your app drawer onto one of the home screens
