I have PRIV and now DTEK50.

Both came right out of the box, connected to Wi-Fi............. and updated with no problem. No SIM either time.

Problem was most likely a interruption on the Wi-Fi. Same thing probably would have happened to me if I had done it home. Office Wi-Fi is much more stable.
Hey, quick question, can you flick words up on the Dtec's vkb? Tx

Yes you can flick words up and it is so cool how predictive the keyboard becomes.

How did you get that annoying vibrating to stop when pressing the keys? Also how can you customize the screen? Remove that ugly Google search bar!!!

Settings Sounds & notification scroll to other sounds or language & input, blackberry keyboard settings, keypress feedback
Google search bar press and hold icon then move up to remove or uninstall

Waaaahhh. Waaaaah. I'm returning this dang Passport. Software is too reliable and the battery lasts too long.

    Yep. A PassPort.

I suggest you return it, because if THIS is creating such a horrible experience, I can't imagine what the LED will do to you.

you gonna love it, so many AHA moments with even simplest things. now i know why old good bb was so good, its just does the job. its like your hands, you hardly think they there, yet they do much. android is more like council house in xmass, wishy washy.
