I'm tearing my hair out over this one. A friend and I bought our DTEK50s and got them enrolled on the beta program. We both left the beta program and got given instructions on how to remove the beta from our phones.

We've followed the steps and there are still traces of the beta all over the phone. We've done a factory reset, we've also installed a new copy of the operating system using this link: https://beta.webapps.blackberry.com/boards/index/

and still, when we hold the power button, we're greeted with the ability to submit a bug report.

Is there any way we can remove traces of the beta once and for all??

Thanks for the reply. This works until the phone is reset. When the phone is factory reset, it comes back on. I want it off permanently. My friend and I want to sell our phones, but we cannot sell our phone knowing that the buyer is going to get a pop-up when they reset their phone telling them that the phone was opted into beta and the bug report options show.

There must be a more permanent way to get rid of this?
