In which country/state have these pictures been taken?
I see snow already on the branches of several trees in your 01:35 post.
Nice pictures again. Camera's in phones aren't comparable with DSL but the quality of DTek50 is good enough, certainly outside. Inside the house with lesser good light conditions I'm less enthusiastic.

Wow. You can take some decent pictures

DTEK50 developes brighter images due to its better ISO quality but in 100% crop view it shows those ugly moir� artifacts, where the Z10 shows obvious but honest and controlable noise. I prefer noise or grain over software-washed-out algorithms which you can't correct afterwards.

I loved the way of setting my own preferred amount of sharpness and noise reduction in the Z10 camera. I hope BlackBerry will give the DTEK50 a huge upgrade to the camera's imaging software. I guess it could be a lot better!!

If you wish to bypass the multiframe low-light compositing, you are welcome to use manual mode and tweak the ISO and shutter speed appropriately.

Lightconditions at a concert are quite difficult. All three shots take with default settings and no zoom used.

I notice sort of a fog or "burst" at the top of the picture, can you tell me why it does that? A previous DTEK50 I had did this too on several shots, is it just natural light?

I'm not sure if I understand your question correct.
Are you referring to the light over the guitar player on the left?
It was an indoor concert, picture was taken on a place with a balcony over our heads so I think light was difficult and maybe my hand wasn't stable in relation to the shuttertime.

Question! My wife here DTEK50 pictures are always a llitle bit blurry ,like there is a filter on it. The pictures with flash allways come out in red. Other people has this problem? My wife really hate the camera because the Z30 was better but slower to make a picture.
