STILL on the September 5th patch in the UK. Phone was purchased new and unlocked from Clove.

2 months and 4 days behind now.

Am in UK, and have a factory unlocked Dtek50. Currently just received this morning, the November update, October one was round about 10 days after it's 'release'
FWIW, am in Virgin network, not that it should make any difference at all.

OK, without trying to be clever, have you tried the '*#*#checkin#*#* ' trick from the phone dialer, and another one is to remove the sim, and reboot just to see if that 'kicks in' the updates?
Haven't had to do that myself, but know it has worked for some people.

Hi, sorry, so used to the 'checkin' typo try this *#*#2432546#*#* (the numbers equate to the letters on the dialling pad)
This should give you the result 'checkin suceeded' and if there are updates available, they should be there for you.
If all you get is the 'checkin suceeded' and nothing more, then no updates are available for you.

Think the only option left is to contact Blackberry support and see if they can help. They did check my imei for me a while ago, as wasn't sure it was actually 'factory unlocked' but they confirmed it was, as the imei was on their database.
Might be worth a try?

I have tried the checkin thing but I don't see how it would be any different than using the Check for System Update function.

Meanwhile, still on the September update with my Staples unlocked 50.
