    Yep it's the November update. Build AAQ649 on my DTEK50 on Virgin in the UK. Kernel 3.10.84. was 132Mb in size

    Thanks for the notification, I just did a manual check for my DTEK50 in the Caribbean and will be completing the installation shortly.

    Update: Installation completed successfully within a few minutes and didn't appear to take as long as with earlier updates. Overall performance seems to have improved with apps opening much quicker than before. However, all my previous folder names / labels appeared blank and had to be re-entered.

    I did. Spoke to Bell tech and they claim they no longer push out any phone updates, it all the responsibility of the phone makers, then I spoke to BlackBerry tech support and they blame Bell... lol!!

    I had this same issue with Telus. Each blamed each other. Then we had a 3way convo with BB and Telus rep, and it boiled down to the Carrier is the one that has to release the update. After many calls and emails, Telus finally released the September patch at the time. Traded in my locked Telus K1 for an unlocked BE K1 so I don't have to deal with these hassles any more.

    Because the DTEK50 was not patched for Krack like the KEYᵒⁿᵉ and Priv were.

    The DTEK60 is clearly taking a backseat with quick updates, as very, very few were ever manufactured and sold. It appears it's on the "2 out of every 3" updates approach.
